MOSCOW HOSTAGE CRISIS

Volunteer Ministers worked with police and emergency workers in Russia to give assistance to released hostages and distraught relatives after the takeover of a Moscow theater by terrorists in 2002.

ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA BUILDING COLLAPSE
