The “Say No to Drugs” Honor Roll has been signed by many state and local official as well as members of the Russian police.

The “Say No to Drugs” campaign has reached into Russia and other nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States where weekly events are held in over 100 cities. The Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party in St. Petersburg, who is also the head of the city’s Youth Committee, distributes copies of the Church’s anti-drug fliers in streets every weekend along with thirty members of her party.
