L. Ron Hubbard

Founder of the
Scientology Religion

The Scientology religion is based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard.

One of the most widely read authors of all time, Mr. Hubbard’s life and achievements defy attempts to narrowly classify him. He was equally accomplished in many fields -- including photography, aviation, engineering, cinematography, navigation, administration, exploration, music, philosophy and education.

Throughout his life, however, Mr. Hubbard was driven by a strong and dedicated purpose to find the answers to man’s timeless questions about the mind and spirit. The worldwide religion of Scientology is the direct result of his more than half a century of investigation and discovery. Few philosophers lived as broad and varied a life or had as much impact on the society around them.

L. Ron Hubbard’s research and discoveries of Dianetics and Scientology are described in more than 5,000 writings, including dozens of books and in 3,000 tape-recorded lectures.
