Traffic conditions in the North San Jose/Milpitas area of California are being addressed

Drivers in the North San Jose/Milpitas region of California were in for a surprise this week when they were stopped and asked for their opinions as part of a survey being done by the Church of Scientology of Steven’s Creek.
This is the first step of a community service campaign being provided by the Church over the next month to supply information to help the City improve traffic conditions and safety in the area.
“We find everyone we ask has an opinion about the traffic” said Sandi.
Gringeri, one of the surveyors. “All the people I have talked to are concerned about traffic conditions in this area. We are giving local residents and business owners a chance to speak out about the current conditions, while also getting their feedback for solutions.”
Upon realizing that this issue is of great concern to the community, the local Church of Scientology decided to take action. “As we are moving into this neighborhood soon we want to do something effective to help the local area combat this problem” said Darlene Bright, coordinator of the project. “This survey includes the Milpitas Great Mall, a large shopping area, and later we will branch out into other areas. There are many areas in California that have similar traffic situations creating unnecessary stress on the public who have to commute, or are simply trying to get from A to B. We would like to see other Churches around California get behind this sort of project.” She added.
