In the United Kingdom, the Churchs anti-drug program is praised by both police and community leaders. Police in Leicester, with the support of the Leicestershire constabulary and officials from the National Health Service, give drug-education lectures in local schools using the Churchs drug education booklets. Members of Scotland Yard and other police forces have spoken at drug prevention symposiums organized by the Church and its members. Close to a million of the booklets have been distributed in the last two years.
